What information we collect
When you use our booking form, callback request, or job-application links, you may provide:
- Your name and phone number
- The treatment you are interested in and your preferred date and time
- Any message you write, such as your area or symptoms (optional)
- For job applications: the details and CV you choose to send us
Because our forms open WhatsApp for you to send the message, we only receive what you actually choose to send. Our website does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers.
How your information reaches us
Important: our booking, callback and “apply” buttons send your details as a WhatsApp message. This means your information is also processed by WhatsApp and its parent company Meta, on their servers and under their own privacy terms. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call us instead.
Why we use your information
We use the information only to respond to you, arrange and confirm appointments, answer your questions, provide the care you request, and — for job applicants — assess your application. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Third-party services we use
- WhatsApp / Meta — to receive your messages and appointment requests
- Google Maps and Google Fonts — to show our location and display the site correctly
- Google reCAPTCHA — to check that an appointment request comes from a person and not an automated script. It runs quietly in the background and shows a small badge in the corner of the page; Google's own privacy policy and terms apply to it.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — for the treatment tutorial videos
- Disqus — to show the community comments section (it may set its own cookies)
- GitHub Pages — the hosting service that serves this website
These providers have their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle data on their platforms.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses a small amount of local storage to remember your language choice. Some third-party features — such as the Disqus comments, Google Maps and embedded YouTube videos — may set their own cookies when they load. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and to keep proper clinic records, then remove them. WhatsApp messages remain in our WhatsApp account unless deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Just contact us using the details above and we will help.
Children
For patients under 18, a parent or guardian should make contact and provide the information on the child’s behalf.
Visitors from outside Bangladesh
We welcome non-resident Bangladeshi and overseas patients. If you contact us from abroad, your information may be processed in Bangladesh and by the third-party services listed above. Please only share what you are comfortable sharing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
